Dozens of Minnesotans Travel To Capitol Hill to Demand ICE Out, No Money for ICE and CBP

Washington, D.C.—On Thursday, February 12 at 10 a.m., a delegation of Minnesotans will hold a press conference and rally outside of the Senate to demand their Representatives and Senators vote to get ICE out of Minnesota. ICE’s relentless terror against communities nationwide has created chaos and fear, and lawmakers should vote no on funding for these lawless agencies. 

The delegation’s arrival comes to D.C. amidst the terror in Minneapolis as Congress prepares to vote on ICE and CBP funding, and their demand is clear: No more money for ICE and get ICE out of their community for good. 

WHO: Dozens of  Minnesota parents, childcare providers, union leaders, educators, community leaders; The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA), Service Employees International Union (SEIU), ISAIAH, and National Education Association (NEA)
